To do this we are working with NUCO travel to provide the best guidance on booking on to our trips and getting across the information you need to know. This includes booking policies and cancellation information due to coronovirus, insuirance policies and more.

NUCO's booking conditions can be found here: These lay out booking information including the cancellation fees that would occur after the final payment deadline should you have already paid in full, feel it is unsafe to travel and decide to cancel.

NUCO's coronavirus policy information can be found here: This lays out the criteria required for the cancellation of the holiday and explains what refund you are entitled to in those scenarios. If you decide to cancel your trip after the final payment deadline you will not be entitled to a refund unless the referenced circumstances are met. If you cancel in this case cancellation fee's vary depending on the date of the cancellation, these are set out in the booking t&c's.


NUCO's updated money back guarantee policy, which you can see here: means that your booking deposit is fully refundable for any reason prior to the payment deadline.


You will be entitled to a full refund if FCO guidance advises against non-essential and your departure date is within 7 days. If FCO advice permits non-essential travel but a quarantine period is in place this will not cancel the holiday, the trip will go ahead and you may need to quarantine afterwards.

It is a term of NUCO's booking conditions that you must travel with valid travel insurance. You should ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you in the event of a coronavirus outbreak! this includes coverage for:

  • Coverage for accommodation and transfer if you cannot depart resort with the rest of the NUCO coaches at the end of your trip due to coronavirus

  • Cancellation refund of your trip if the resorts close while we are there

  • Any further reassurances you personally require due to coronavirus


NUCO is working on providing an enhanced insurance policy with extra protection for Covid-19. When finalised this will be available as an optional extra on the booking page. As with any insurance policy, you should read it thoroughly and ensure if covers everything you require.
